Do you love a sport so much you would incorporate into your wedding? Well one couple from Seattle did. When Ryan and Janna began planning their Seattle wedding the couples wedding colors and love for the Seahawks showed! “Janna liked a nice spring green and black for the wedding colors, so when we were out shopping for the guys shirts, naturally the lime green kept pulling me in,” said Ryan. “I guess the human mind gravitates toward what it thinks about most.”
The groomsmen were all adorned with custom Seahawk jerseys with their favorite number and last name. With these colors and unique gifts it was only appropriate to take these fun pictures.

What sport or team do you love enough? Credit

Happy Cinco de Mayo! Hope everyone has some fun plans for the weekend. Seeing how Cinco de Mayo this year falls on a Saturday, wouldn’t it be fun to have a fiesta themed wedding? Enjoy!

Coachella is this weekend and in honor of this massive music festival we thought it would be fun to design a Coachella wedding. Coachella which takes place in Indio, California has over 120 acts including some of the music industry’s biggest names. All you music junkies, this could very well be the wedding of your dreams. Are you going to Coachella?

Inspiration boards are a great way to get color/theme ideas for your wedding. This inspiration board is for the modern bride who likes lemons and limes. Green is a great color for a spring wedding and when paired with a vibrant color such as yellow it will give your wedding that extra pop.
Enjoy!

Figuring out your bridal style is not always as easy as it sounds. Actually, it can feel pretty overwhelming with all the gorgeous wedding photos in magazines and your favorite blogs as you are bound to see many things you love. How then do you pull it all together to create your unique style? Well, we came across this clever chart in the most recent issue of The Bride and Bloom Magazine and thought it might be a good place to start. Follow the arrows and spend some time thinking about those things that resonate with you; your favorite time of year, flower or restaurant. What do you love about them and what does that say about you? Write them down and you will see your own, unique style emerge. Then keep that at the center of your planning so as you are making choices and seeing new ideas, your style will be woven into all your details. Remember, planning a wedding is not about checking things of a list, it’s a process and it is meant to be enjoyed. Really!
Enjoy the journey and try not to think about it as a sprint to your destination.

The snow is falling, the holidays are around the corner, and snuggling with your sweetie with a cup of hot cocoa is a romantic and lovely way to spend an evening. Well, the cozy feeling that winter brings can easily transpire into your wedding theme. Have a winter wonderland event with subtle snowflake decor such as monochromatic white table settings with just a sparkle of snowflake confetti or by including a winter motif in your invitations, wedding cake, and other decorations. Not only will the wintry silver and white wonderfully capture such a romantic season, it will also be unbelievably beautiful and timeless.

What is there not to love about Art Deco? This purely decorative design movement is a perfect inspiration if your looking for a wedding that is elegant, glamorous, and modern. Let your guests know they’ll be taking a trip back to the1930’s with a deco themed invitation, have the bridal party adorned in sleek silhouettes, and ensure the DJ slips in a song or two from popular artists of the age like Bing Crosby and Duke Ellington. With a theme like Art Deco, there is so much you can play off of to really create a fun and memorable event!
