After that, you can order as many magnets as you need and we’ll provide a credit for the sample you purchased. We’ll be sure to keep your design on file for extra fast printing. Do I have to place an order first? Can’t you just mail me a magnet?
- If you’d like to receive a customized magnet with your information, then yes, you’ll will need to purchase 1 magnet. Don’t worry though, we’ll provide a credit for the sample that you can apply to a future order. We also offer a free sample kit which includes a variety of products, including magnets, but the designs won’t be customized for you. Click here to order a non-customized sample kit.
Will you guarantee my magnets if I order a bigger quantity?
- The magnet guarantee only applies to a single magnet (quantity of 1). Printed magnets cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged so we highly encourage you to order a single magnet before placing a larger order.
How long does printing take?
- Magnet printing takes 2-3 business days, after we get your approval. Magnets are then shipped via the method you select during checkout.
Can I get a proof before it’s printed?
- Absolutely! Our design team can email you a proof or assist you with your design for no additional charge. Simply place your order and select the option to request a proof. Proofs are typically emailed within 2-3 business days and your magnets won’t be printed until you approve your design. Instruction about approving your order will be included in the email we send.
