Most big printing companies take orders and hit print without ever looking at the final product. Not us. We review at each and every order to make sure they’re perfect before we ship them to you.

Photo Save the Date Magnets

Photo Save the Date Magnets are the perfect way to announce your wedding date, bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah, or birthday. Your picture will be printed on our signature card stock, called “Pearl Luster”, which provides a subtle, delicate glow. If you’d prefer matte cardstock or glossy cardstock, we’re more than happy to accommodate your request. Simply write a note during checkout and we’ll make the substitution at no additional charge.

Wood Magnets

Real Birch veneer is used to create our line of Wood Save the Date Magnets. Since it’s real wood, each magnet will feature unique grain lines and color patterns, making them truly one-of-a-kind. Wooden magnets also provide a warm glow that is exceptionally beautiful in person. Due to natural color variations of real wood, photos are not recommended on wood magnets.

Foil Stamped Magnets

Shiny, reflective foil adds a dramatic flair to our line of Foil Save the Date Magnets. Copper foil dies are used to stamp design elements onto each magnet in a dazzling array of colors. Foil-stamping provides crisp details along with the flexibility to utilize matte foil or glitter infused foil. Custom foil colors and dies can also be accommodated by special request. Please contact customer service for options and a quote. Standard foil colors include: Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, Red, Orange, Pink, Green, Teal, Blue, Purple, Gold Glitter Foil, and Silver Confetti Foil.

Colorful Envelopes

Bills, statements, and newsletters come in white envelopes. Your save the date magnet should stand out from the crowd and get noticed. We offer 40 envelope colors, including matte and shimmer finishes that are sure to grab attention. Envelopes feature a deep, rounded, euro-style flap.* Envelope liners are also available and come installed and ready for shipment. Choices include matte colors, metallic options, and glitter paper options.

*We recommend rounded-flap envelopes for all important social stationery including: wedding invitations, greeting cards, holiday announcements, and thank you notes.

Envelope Printing

Digital calligraphy is available for a small fee and includes your return address as well as recipient address printing. Envelopes are styled to coordinate with your save the date magnets for a cohesive, uniform presentation. Recipient addresses should be submitted in spreadsheet format so that names, address, city, state, and zip code are listed in separate columns. A template is available to download here or you can view a Google Docs template here. We’re able to work with different spreadsheet formats, including Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, and Google Sheets. Unfortunately, we cannot accept lists from Word Processing programs such as Word.

Save the Date Magnet Shapes & Sizes

Save the date magnets are available in a variety of styles and sizes. The most popular sizes of Photo Magnets are the Classic Size Magnet (3.375” X 4.875”) and Grande Size Magnet (4.25” X 5.5”). However, most styles can be adjusted to fit on a smaller or larger magnet. The Small Magnet (2” X 3.5”) is the size of a business card and the Petite Magnet is (3” X 3.5”). If you’d prefer something larger, check out the Mondo Magnet (5.25” X 7.25”), which can be used for a save the date or wedding invitation.

Unique magnet shapes are also available. We offer a Heart Shaped Magnet, as well as our Vintage Frame Magnet and Ornate Frame Magnet.

If you see a style you like but need a different size, simply purchase a Custom Magnet in the correct size and let us know which magnet style should be modified by our design team to fit the size you want. You’ll also need to upload your photo (if necessary) and provide your names, date, etc so we can adjust the design. Don’t worry, we’ll email you a proof so you can see how it looks before printing.

Custom Save the Date Magnets

We love to print Custom Save the Date Magnet designs. Feel free to create your own design or purchase artwork from a graphic designer. As long as your artwork properly fits one of our custom magnet sizes, we can print it. It is always recommended that you test print your design to see how it looks on paper. Colors and font sizes can look dramatically different when they’re printed than they appear on a monitor or screen.

Magnets for Other Events

Most magnets featured on our website appear to be designed for a wedding but they can be easily edited to work for a Bat Mitzvah, Quinceanera, Family Reunion, Birth Announcement, or Birthday. Simply choose the style you like best and edit the wording to be appropriate for your event.
