Magnet thickness measures 32 points, which is heftier than most brands and the overall product quality is exceptional.

Save the Dates that are Easy to Personalize

You can easily edit colors, fonts, and wording using the online design tool, and it only takes minutes to create a unique design.

Start creating your magnet by choosing a size, then click the “Customize Design” button. You may add text, upload photos, and personalize the wording. After finishing your design, simply add it to your cart and choose whether you would like it sent to print immediately or if you prefer an email proof first.

Our Design Team is Here to Help

You may request a proof if you need help from a designer or have extra time and want to ensure your order is perfect. Proofs are sent via email within 2 business days and your magnets will not go into production until you approve the design. You may request changes and get proof updates for free. Please note, you must finalize your order and submit payment, before you can receive an email proof. An order may be canceled during the proofing process for a full refund, but there are no refunds or exchanges once your magnets have been approved to print.

Save the Date Magnets… Printed Fast!

Your magnets will print within 3 business days of your approval and they will ship via the method you choose at checkout. Rush printing options and shipping options are available but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Some items, such as color envelopes, may require additional processing time. We will contact you if the delay will be more than 3 days.

Postage Requirements

Small, petite, and classic size magnets may be mailed with a standard first-class stamp in the USA. Wood magnets and larger magnet sizes require extra postage due to thickness and weight. We recommend taking your items to the Post Office to confirm postage rates as rules frequently change

Envelopes and Guest Addressing

White or ivory envelopes are included with your order but you may upgrade to color envelopes for a small fee. Guest addressing and envelope printing services are also available. Download a recipient address template here.

    Save the Date Magnets are genius! Everyone puts them on their fridge anyways so why not kill two birds with one stone!? Besides the functionality, the quality is superb! The printing on the magnet (and the envelope!) was amazing and I’m very impressed! Also, I must mention the amazing service I got from the New & Blue staff – Kat & Annie – you all are great! Very fast to reply to emails and help me wherever I needed it! New & Blue emailed me saying that they got confirmation of delivery but I had not received a package so I emailed them and they got back to me right away with next steps to take and a promise that they’d do everything they can to help find my package! Turns out the mailman delivered it to the wrong house and my neighbor brought it back so crisis adverted! But nonetheless I was impressed with the customer service from New & Blue – THANK YOU

Request a proof or approve immediately.

Request a Proof

You’ll receive a proof and instructions via e-mail within 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Please print the proof and review it carefully. After you have reviewed your design, you may approve it for printing, request changes with an updated proof, or you may cancel the order. Your proof will not be printed until you approve the design.

There is no charge for updated proofs and you can request color changes, font changes, wording changes, and submit a different photo, if necessary. Updated proofs take 2 full business days to receive and you may request as many proofs as necessary to create a design you love. Please note that only 1 design file is allowed per order and it will be over-written and saved whenever a change is requested. Therefore, it is not possible to request multiple proofs at once.

Printing / processing takes 2-3 business days, after we receive your written approval. Production time does not include time in transit.

You can have your design sent to print immediately after placing your order. Most orders are printed within 2-3 business days but you may request to rush the printing for an additional fee. There are no refunds or reprints on orders that are sent to print immediately, so please ensure the design and order details are correct. Production time does not include time in transit. You will select a shipping method during checkout.

A properly formatted spreadsheet is necessary for us to print your addresses. Please upload a CSV file when placing your order or email it later. Do not approve your order for print if your spreadsheet hasn’t been submitted.

A spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or Google Sheets (free) is necessary to correctly setup your file.

Our design team will format your envelopes so the font and layout coordinate with your announcements. If you’d prefer a different style, please make a note in the special instructions box when you place your order.

Envelopes are printed with black ink but color ink is available by special request for an additional fee. White ink printing is also available for an additional fee and is necessary for dark envelopes.

Envelope Color Options

Orders submitted with colored envelopes, shimmer or matte, may require additional processing time. New and Blue will attempt to notify you if your expected delay will be more than 5 business days. Dark envelopes may not be suitable for address printing and will require specialty ink, such as white or silver. Shimmer envelopes have the potential to smear when addressed with some types of ink. We strongly urge you to test your ink on one envelope before addressing your full order.
