All-in-One Wedding Invitation

All-inclusive invitations feature all your wedding stationery needs in a beautifully folded piece. The front panel is customizable and the back panel has decorative boxes that can be filled with guest information such as hotel location and registry information. Inside you’ll find the main invitation along with an RSVP postcard that can be easily removed along a perforated line and dropped in the mail by your guests.

There are 3 card stock options available and all are heavy, with an elegant look and feel.

White card stock – 120#, 17 point caliper thickness
Ivory card stock – 120#, 17 point caliper thickness
Pearl shimmer card stock – 137#, 18 point caliper thickness


Fill out the order form with details about your event and check out through the online cart. You will then receive an email proof from a designer within 2 business days. You can request changes to your proof, if necessary, or approve it for printing. The design team can change colors, add text, change fonts, and adjust most designs so let us know if you have any requests. Proof updates are free and your order won’t be printed until you approve it for print.

Can I change the wording/layout?
Yes, you can adjust the wording and layout. Simply type your special instructions in the order form and our design team will update your proof.

What color envelopes will come with my invitations/cards?
Your envelopes will match the card stock color you choose during the order process. White and ivory card stock are available (with matching envelopes) or you may upgrade to pearl luster card stock, which comes with a pearl luster envelope. Color envelopes are available in a variety of shades for a small fee. Envelope liners are an available upgrade and will be installed in the envelope color you have selected. Will I get to see it before it’s printed?
Yes, after placing your order, you will have the option to request a full-color e-mail proof within 2 business days. If you need changes, simply reply to your proof and we’ll update your design. Your order won’t be printed it until you are 100% satisfied with the design.

What if I don’t like my proof?
Not a problem. We’ll update your proof as many times as necessary, for free, to get it right. If you still don’t like your proof, you can cancel your order and get a full refund.

Can I change a design?
Yes, you can change the font, wording, layout, and colors. You’ll simply need to write your request in the special instructions box on the order form.

How does guest address printing work?
If you’d like your guest’s names printed on the envelopes, simply choose “guest address printing” during the order process and download the guest address printing template. Complete the template using a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel or Google Docs and e-mail us the file. Our design team will format the addresses so they match your wedding invitations and we’ll e-mail you a proof to review.

Do I need to have my guest addresses ready when I place my order?

Do you have programs, thank you cards or place cards that will match this invitation?
Matching programs, thank you notes, and place cards are available. They will be designed to perfectly coordinate with your wedding invitations. To order, simply purchase an item from the links below and we’ll start working on your design immediately. You’ll receive an e-mail proof within 2 business days and your order will not be printed until you have given us permission to print.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Invitations and save the date cards are printed within 3 business days of receiving your design approval or proof approval. Your order will then be shipped via the method selected during checkout.

Can I rush my order?
Yes, you can rush your order and it will be printed in 1-2 business days. Rush printing costs $25.00 and can be ordered by selecting the “Rush Order” box, located in the additional fees section of the shopping cart. Rush processing does not rush the shipping time.

What if I don’t like my proof?
Not a problem. We’ll update your proof as many times as necessary for no additional cost. If you still don’t like your proof, you can cancel your order and get a full refund.

Can I get a sample?
Yes, we offer a free sample kit so you can see a variety of printed products and inspect their quality. Click here to order a sample kit. Specific design samples are not available. However, you may purchase a single (quantity of 1) card or invitation and have it printed with your information. If you are unhappy with the item you may return it for a full refund.

Can I make changes after my order is placed?
Yes, you can make changes to your order as long as you make them before you have approved your proof to print. After your order has been released to production, we aren’t able to make further changes.

What is your return policy?
You may purchase a single (quantity 1) card or invitation that has been personalized with your information. If you received the item and are unhappy with it for any reason, you may return it for a full refund. Refunds are not provided on order quantities larger than 1. Please ensure you have enough time to receive a sample before placing a larger order. Non-personalized items are returnable, but you must pay the shipping cost to mail it back.

Order Process

Request a proof or approve immediately.

Request a Proof

You’ll receive a proof and instructions via e-mail within 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Please print the proof and review it carefully. After you have reviewed your design, you may approve it for printing, request changes with an updated proof, or you may cancel the order. Your proof will not be printed until you approve the design.

There is no charge for updated proofs and you can request color changes, font changes, wording changes, and submit a different photo, if necessary. Updated proofs take 2 full business days to receive and you may request as many proofs as necessary to create a design you love. Please note that only 1 design file is allowed per order and it will be over-written and saved whenever a change is requested. Therefore, it is not possible to request multiple proofs at once.

Printing / processing takes 2-3 business days, after we receive your written approval. Production time does not include time in transit.

You can have your design sent to print immediately after placing your order. Most orders are printed within 2-3 business days but you may request to rush the printing for an additional fee. There are no refunds or reprints on orders that are sent to print immediately, so please ensure the design and order details are correct. Production time does not include time in transit. You will select a shipping method during checkout.

A properly formatted spreadsheet is necessary for us to print your addresses. Please upload a CSV file when placing your order or email it later. Do not approve your order for print if your spreadsheet hasn’t been submitted.

A spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, or Google Sheets (free) is necessary to correctly setup your file.

Our design team will format your envelopes so the font and layout coordinate with your announcements. If you’d prefer a different style, please make a note in the special instructions box when you place your order.

Envelopes are printed with black ink but color ink is available by special request for an additional fee. White ink printing is also available for an additional fee and is necessary for dark envelopes.

Envelope Color Options

Orders submitted with colored envelopes, shimmer or matte, may require additional processing time. New and Blue will attempt to notify you if your expected delay will be more than 5 business days. Dark envelopes may not be suitable for address printing and will require specialty ink, such as white or silver. Shimmer envelopes have the potential to smear when addressed with some types of ink. We strongly urge you to test your ink on one envelope before addressing your full order.

Colors shown on your monitor may vary from the actual product. We recommend ordering a sample for color matching purposes.

Envelopes that have been printed may not be returned or refunded.
